At kaashifh.com, I aim to deliver high-quality freelance services and digital solutions. This page explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.


Services

  • Once a service has been completed and delivered, refunds are not available.
  • If a project is cancelled before completion, I will refund the unused portion of the payment.
  • Any cancellation request must be made in writing (email or contact form).

Digital Products

  • Refunds are only provided in cases of duplicate payment or if a download link does not work.
  • Since digital products are instantly accessible, refunds are not possible after successful delivery.

Payment Method

  • Payments are made using secure online payment links.
  • For international clients, payments can be made via PayPal.
  • Invoices are always provided for every transaction.

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
