Services
- Once a service has been completed and delivered, refunds are not available.
- If a project is cancelled before completion, I will refund the unused portion of the payment.
- Any cancellation request must be made in writing (email or contact form).
Digital Products
- Refunds are only provided in cases of duplicate payment or if a download link does not work.
- Since digital products are instantly accessible, refunds are not possible after successful delivery.
Payment Method
- Payments are made using secure online payment links.
- For international clients, payments can be made via PayPal.
- Invoices are always provided for every transaction.
Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
